Guero Chop Dogs

Before you get started, gather up the following ingredients:
6 hoagie buns
2 pounds ground beef
6 cheese sticks
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon Black Satin Spice Chili Guero Spice Blend
Once you have all your ingredients together, preheat your grill to 450 degrees.
While grill is heating up, Divide meat into 6 equal portions. Flatten out each portion into a long flat patty the length of the cheese stick. Sprinkle salt and spice blend over each cheese stick. Wrap the meat around the cheese stick to cover. Grill 10-12 minutes, rolling every minute or so to ensure even cooking. Sprinkle with remaining salt and spice blend. Serve in toasted hoagie buns with preferred hot dog toppings and enjoy!
